StarTrek.com.sg participated in the CosFest 2006 (Cosplay Festival) on 9 July 2006 (Sunday), 1.00pm - 6.00pm, at NTUC Downtown East, Pasir Ris, organised by the Singapore Cosplay Club.
A number of Star Trek fans took part in the CosFest 2006, many of whom came in full Starfleet costumes, including Trekkies Dr EMH, Superstar, lhs1701, CptJames, Unimatrix, Fahmi, Sharkie, Techmech, Yvonne, and Dorothy. Trekkie Garak dressed up as a Major in Battlestar Galactica uniform.

All participants are to setup their respective booths at 11.00am at the D'Marquee Tent.
CosFest 2006 officially started from 1.00pm. Winners of the Cosplay competitions are rewarded with a trip to Japan!

Star Trek / Star Wars / MovieMania Booths
James Lee from Singapore Star Trek Fansite, Fatimah from Fan Force Singapore, and Reno from Movie Mania, have each registered a booth at the CosFest 2006 respectively, for display of merchandise and props.

To blend into the spirits of Cosplay, StarTrek.com.sg planned for our first ever massive Star Trek aliens appearance in one single day ... with Klingon, Cardassian, Talaxian, Vulcan and Ferengi!

In addition to our Star Trek costumers, other Trekkies also came to give us supports! ... including Trekkie Mdm Goh Shin Ping and her family. Shin Ping had previously donated a Star Trek Star Chart as a lucky draw prize for our Trekkies Mid-Year Party.

Presentation of Token of Appreciation to SCC
StarTrek.com.sg is grateful for the opportunity offered by Singapore Cosplay Club (SCC) to participate at the CosFest 2006.
On behalf of StarTrek.com.sg, our Webmaster Superstar presented a Token of appreciation to a representative of Singapore Cosplay Club, a vintage Star Trek Kirk and Starship models, as a gesture of goodwill and gratitude.
We look forward to further our friendship and cooperation with Singapore Cosplay Club in near future.
