The Intrepid-class is the Federations newest small, maneuverable, multi-capability vesselcapable of high warp speeds and mission versatility. The starship features a sleek shape with a longer saucer, adjustable geometry warp nacells, and the lastest weaponery and sensory technologies.
The Intrepid-class is fitted with the new bio gel pack computer interfaces which enabled high speed information transfers and the newest sensor equipment which efficiency exceeds that of the Galaxy-class by 30%.
The Intrepid-class is also equipped with a landing system which allows the entire starship to land on planetary surface.
